Enlarged prostate or benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) is very common in men above 50, usually asymptomatic and it only causes voiding symptoms (dribbling, interrupted or weak stream, frequency and feeling of incomplete voiding) to some men but usually not the feeling that you has experienced. If the symptom bothers you too much you should see a urologist.

Pelvic area is a general description We have to know where specifically. With these tests being neg there is a possibility it is not a Urologic problem. If it persists see your MD or a neurologist
