Std panel all came negative except hsv-1 igg test- high positive(22.5). hsv-2 igg negative. i have no symptoms or any outbreaks ever. hsv-1 can still spread by shedding. so, would you recommend antiviral to reduce transmission to my negative wife?

This is normal; half of all people your age test positive for HSV1. Usually it is the result of an oral herpes infection in childhood. Even if your HSV1 infection is genital, you'll may never be aware of it: genital HSV1 recurs infrequently and is rarely transmitted by sex. If you do not have obvious outbreaks of oral (cold sores) or genital herpes, your wife probably will never be infected.
