I went and had my annual and decided to test for stds i received the following results for hsv1/2. could someone please tell me if the results are positive or negative: hsv 1 igg, type specific ab 26.90 hsv 2igg, type specific ab 13.60?

These probably are positive results for both HSV1 and HSV2. However, it depends partly on other numbers you do not provide. For each result (HSV1, HSV2) the report probably shows the cut-off for a positive result. If your results are well above the control cut-off value, the results are positive, meaning you are infected with HSV1 and probably HSV2. Best to see an ID or STI expert to discuss.
