MRI will not damage sperms and neither will one CT scan

A MRI uses magnetism to line up cells and form the image. No radiation is involved and there is no known risk to sperm or eggs, no birth defects. CT scans involve radiation. Although the risk of problems with that level of radiation is low, we never want a woman trying to conceive or who is pregnant to have a CT if it can be avoided.
