I have severe groin pains on both sides as well as abdominal pains. i have tried physio & needling. nothing works. had ct scan but doesn't pick up anything. please advise if i should have a mri and which dr should i sew for groin pains?

Start with your general practitioner for detailed history and a focused exam. Hip pain typically radiates in the groin and will have to be ruled out among others. Your GP will be able to coordinate locally in case a specialist is needed.
