43 y/o male, i am currently suffering in pain from a burning ache in my testicles. i have pressure in my lower abdomen and it burns only after i urinate. i have been tested for gon, chla, hsv1&2, syph, trich, hiv and hep at 3w 8w 12w. neg. help pls?

Please ask your family refer you to see a urologist. Your symptoms seems consistent with chronic pelvic pain syndrome with chronic prostatitis. Urologist has more experience in dealing with this bothered syndrome. Good luck!

You need to see a Urologist who really examines you and not just get shot-gun tests or diagnosis. In the meantime wear a scrtal support underwear-- and take ibuprofen for afew days
