Go to doc STAT: Discuss obtaining testicular ultrasound and pelvic CT scan with contrast. My "worst case scenario" is testicular cancer. Men between ages of 17-35 are at greatest risk. Pelvic & back pain could be referred, but you have to look at the lymph nodes & inguinal canal (pathway gonads took as they traveled down the pelvis during embryogenesis). Treatment is very successful with excellent survival rate.
