?pelvic ultrasound: Lower region pressure, bloating, a hard lower belly, and frequent urination, may indicate that something is pressing on the bladder, such as an uterine, ovarian, or other pelvic growth. Begin w/an exam w/your doc, who may additionally order more tests, such as pelvic ultrasound. Burning may not be consistent w/a growth, so doc may also repeat urine tests as well as obtain genital cultures.
