UTIs are uncommon in males your age, but a major exception is in men who perform anal sex. As you suggest yourself, fecal bacteria are the main cause, including Klebsiella. Blood tests are expected to be normal. Unless you have an unusually resistant strain of Klebsiella, antibiotic treatment should have been effective. If not so far, see an infectious diseases specialist. Good luck.

You can possibly get a UTI from anal sex. Urine dip tests are not always reliable. Make sure urine specimen is a cleancatch mid-stream specimen collected in a sterile container and tested soon after . If the same results occur you have to see a Urologist to find cause. In the meantime avoid anal sex and drink plenty of water
