STD: No, all of these elements are seldom if ever the result of one particular std. The blood in stool is particularly disturbing and strongly suggest that you see a doctor and have these issues fully evaluated. Start with a pcp or expert in std and also see a gastroenterologist about the GI bleeding. Good luck.
