If you have blood in urine you need to see a Urologist. In the meantime drink plenty of water and stay away from spicy food

Anytime blood is seen in urine it is a sign that you have an infection or an underlying medical problem that needs to be diagnosed. See your family doctor now. Spicy foods don't cause blood in urine.
