Never had intercourse because of my tight foreskin and now i recognise how stupid i have been for years. i can pull the skin back when erect but its uncomfortable. do you think i would have difficulty with sex? or do you think its possible for me?

I would visit a urologist and ask for simple options that would help. An office procedure could loosen the tourniquet effect you describe and that would end the issue. This does not mean a circumcision, it is a simple foreskin release.
