Here are some...: What you reported most likely represents the inconsequential foreskin-related changes, which require no active Rx but conducting regular cleansing. Of course, it is hard to give an accurate Dx without a direct look at them. If needed, the worst scenario will be circumcision for recurrent bothersome irritation. More?
