Is there a cream for the head of the penis to help with sensativity. it hurts anytime its touched but im uncircumcised so it only hurts after i pull the foreskin back which also take a lot of work because the skin is tight. ?

Consider circ: Sounds like you have a real problem with the foreskin. I would seriously consider a circumcision this will take care of all your problems. If for some reason, religious or otherwise you don't want to have a circumcision then I would consult with a urologist for the best treatment for your problem
