Foreskin too tight, discomfort when sexual intercourse and when i pull it back when soft it feels like it could get stuck if i go to far?

Phimosis: You apparently have a condition called phimosis, i.e. too tight a foreskin. STD (e.g. herpes?) may be possible as well. For sure see a doctor soon; and in the meantime definitely avoid retracting it and allowing it to get stuck. (If that happens, it could be qute dangerous: go to a doctor immediately, even if it means an urgent care clinic or a hospital emergency room in the middle of the night.)
