No. You need a good clinical exam including back and prostate to diagnose. Diagnosis of prostatitis by a rectal exam and if you had it then you should have had treatment for it . If not then pl see a Urologist. In the meantime try warm bath soaks, and Ibuprofen. I hope you feel better

Can radiation prostatitis cause blood clots in urine? I had 44 imrt, neurogenic bladder, self cathetarize, perineum pain and pass blood clots when self catheterizing. Urologist ruled out bladder cancer, stones, uti. Getting a second cystoscopy soon?
Urine culture came back negative but the dip stick test was positive for red blood cells. Doesnt burn while I pee but continually burns after I pee. Also have low back pain mid to left side of back. What can cause this if not uti? Cancer?
Urologist called me. Negative urine culture. Found WBC/Concerned its cancer of penis or urethra. Negative STDs. Coukd the WBC indicate Cancer? No blood.
