I had a single clear bump on the under side of my penis towards the head what could it be i had a full scan of urine cultures and blood test all negative?

No STD, see doctor: A "clear bump" that becomes a sore over a few days would suggest herpes. But already having your test results, it must have been a few days with no change. So not herpes, and no other STD would do anything like this. What did your doctor say? If you haven't seen a doctor in person, that's obviously the next step. If any doubt about your doctor's expertise in skin problems see a dermatologist.
