Got my t levels checked. my levels were 440mg/dl. is that considered low for trt ? will see a urologist. i do have symptoms of low t, fatigue, ed, low sex drive, testicular atrophy. i havent been on trt before. with these symptoms is trt warranted?

That level falls in the 10th percentile for a 21 year old man. This level along with your symptoms deserves a therapeutic trial with testosterone therapy but your urologist should be the one making that decision.

Saw the urologist finally. During exam he said I had a double varicocele which is causing the testicular atrophy. It could also be causing the low libido and ed. Would surgical correction of the varicose veins in the testicle reverse the atrophy ?
Does HCG therapy help reverse testicular atrophy ?, permanent or temporary ? My testies measure about 4x4 cm for both. Does seem small, average 5.5 cm. Testosterone levels were normal, but could be low normal from 400-1000ng/dl. Is it normal 21 y old?
C3 low, C4 normal, ANA 1:40 positive speckled, smooth muscle antibody positive at 1:40. Many symptoms (sun sensitivity, rashes, fatigue, migraine headaches, vertigo, brain atrophy, ANS dysfunction, recurrent infx, hx of HSP). Impression re what is it?
