I have atrophic vaginitis + noctiuria. gp prescribed urinanalysis re latter. it showed wbc 1k, rbc 3k + citrobacter. after 5 days augmentin + 5 days wait, new analysis shows 40k wbc, 34k rbc. was test too soon or error? shd i see gyneco? urologist?

Atrophic vaginitis: I would see your gynecologist. If you do have atrophic vaginitis it would be common for your urine to have debris. I would think that once you got treatment, usually a topical estrogen cream your symptoms would normalize.
