Your statement is somewhat confused. But I could say if the hematuria only occurs after sexual intercourse, your urologist is correct. If urine is normal when the sample is not collected after the intercourse and cystoscopy was negative for urethral & bladder lesion, I would concur with your urologist.

It should be investigated. The problem could be from Seminal vesicle, prostate or the posterior (back part of the urinary tract). Suggest you see a Urologist at an academic center for further investigation. Good luck
