Blood in urine 8 years boy, rbc count 35 on that urine sample and next uthne sample had 5-6 rbc and then 3rd sample no rbc what is the cause? this happened 3rd time since last nov 2020. 1st time in nov 2020 2nd time in aug 16 2021 3rd time 9 sept 21?

What was the reason your boy had first urine test in November 2020? Two of 3 times were positive for microscopic hematuria so it is considered abnormal. If kidney function is normal by blood test, I will check urine one more time in 3 months. If hematuria is positive again, imaging studies of the urinary tract should be done. If renal function is abnormal, he should be evaluated by a nephrologist.
