hi. i had urine test with plus 1 blood in urine but culture had no bacteria. concerned about this but did have kidney cysts on a ct scan years ago.

Blood in urine: Blood in urine may be due to stones, infection, cysts, mass, autoimmune diseases. So it could be any of them. Consult your physician to exclude anything major and make a final diagnosis
