Congestion: This symptom, crudely known as blue balls,is congestion in the genitals caused by a prolonged erection without ejaculation. The discomfort does radiate to the lower abdomen frequently. Treatment is getting yourself unaroused with a cold shower, thinking of something nonsexual,applying cold to the genital area.etc
