Period blood clotting, not usual for me, have pcos so on bc- i did mess up bc pills pretty bad this month. clots arent huge but theyre noticeable. im also anemic. is this concerning?

Irregular menstrual periods are common. The fluctuations of estrogen and progesterone can be easily affected by irregular use of oral contraceptives, stress, weight gain/loss, exercise, lack of sleep. Try to take your BC pills at a specific time each day. This will reduce the side effects of irregular bleeding, clots, and heavier than normal periods. For anemia, iron supplementation is recommended
