I had testicle surgery and after had bad constipation i just had a bowel movement and at the start it was the worst constipation and then the second part was slightly like diarrhoea is this normal or is this cancer or some like that what should i do?

This may be related to medications used during your surgery. If it is not improving in a couple days, discuss with your treating physician.

It is not cancer. Eat food with roughage, exercise, and take OTC laxative like Miralax as neeede till the B M becomes regular
