Constipation s/p gb: Likely was hemorrhoids which worsened or developed due to constipation. But would call doctor and let them know and evaluate. Could be ileitis , colitis, AVM, polyps as well. Also discuss with doctor diet. usually there is more of a problem with diarrhea after gb. Drink fluids about 2-3 liters/ day water /gator have to avoid fats < 3 grams /serving. Add fiber.
