It seems that you have problem with chronic Constipation. This can be handled with several ways; using suppository is one of the choices. But I would suggest that you do 3 things :
Drink extra fluids starting with one glass of water first thing in the morning. second use ample amount of fruits and salads in your diet at each mealtime have a bowel of one or both. Thirdly , use a laxative(see doctor
