Sounds like an impac: Tion. Get some glycerine suppositories and or fleet mineral oil enemas and follow the directions. Stay on liquid diet until the constipation has cleared, then be sure to drink at least 80-100 oz of caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily to avoid a recurrence.
