Other ideas: Try miralax, (polyethylene glycol) 1 capful mixed in liquid 1-3 x daily. This works well for most people. F you are really locked you might benefit from a fleet's enema that can be purchased otc. Make sure you drink lots of water and have plenty of fiber in your daily diet.
