Tested negative on hiv 4th gen(duo test)& syphilis(vdrl)at12 weeks and 94 days post exposure&tpha@12 weeks(received oral sex from sex worker).are these conclusive?can i move on? also negative by urine pcr for gonnorea, chlamydia,trich,mycoplasma gen?

All these results are conclusive. No more testing is needed. (Also, with oral sex your only exposure, you were at zero risk for some of these infections, including HIV, trichomonas, and M. genitalium; and almost no risk for chlamydia.)

Yes they are. You can move on but remember you were lucky next time might be different. There are other infections e.g. herpes. Pl take maximum precautions when having sex .
