Life is not conclusive. That is a reasonable test battery with good reliability, however, it answered the question "what do you have" at the time of the test. If you engaged in high-risk activities, even with protection, then you may want to retest after about six weeks. You might also want to consider your personal choice in partners to reduce the level of risk. Be safe and be well.
