Can a yeast infection cause nausea, malaise & lower abdominal discomfort on top of the vaginal itching & discomfort? there's no frequency, burning during urination, or foul smell, so i assume it's not a uti...?

GYN exam: You will need a pelvic exam, urine analysis ans culture and a vaginal culture. You may have trichomonas witha superimposed UTI.
