Possibly: Auto-immune conditions cause reactions in areas of the body. In the many sle patients for whom we have cared this has never previously arisen, but if you excluded other possibilities this must be considered. The other question is, what medications are you taking, and are you wearing underpants or using soap or deodorant, etc. To which you may be having an allergic or irritative reaction?
