I have ankylosing spondylitis and i have been in a lot of pain on my lower back and left hip the pain is unbearable you can't sit for too long iy hurts or stand or even walking makes it worse. my left hip is swollen looks like i have butt lift?

The AS condition is probably activated so you need a full exam and specific treatment from your rheumatologist. In the meantime, if you do not have any stomach or kidney problem, you can take Ibuprofen 200 mg x 3 tablets (OTC) every 6 hours as needed with a full stomach for 3 days.
