Mid and lower back pain pops all the time and pight side hip pain hurts if i sit too long or walk a lot, what could be wrong? going on months now.

Back Pain: Very common condition due to improper position and chronic strain. Will not go away immediately and slowly start stretching the back with yoga exercises- gentle stretch, avoid soft chair and bed, keep a good posture at all times, ice and get gentle massage when in pain. Firm beds are helpful to wake up pain free in the morning. Swimming is best exercise for back pain.
