X-rays&cat show severe djd t4 thru s1 incl. severe pain, worst from extensive muscle spasms upon activity of any kind. what helps spasms? at wits end. stuck indoors in agony-can't walk. could it be ra? or ankylosing spondylitis? please help me!

MRI : Ct scan shows bone real well, but still does not show nerves or soft tissue structures. An MRI could potentially be helpful in identifying the specific cause of your severe pain. It would particularly be important in your case where you are "in agony and can't walk" to make the specific diagnosis and take the steps to relieve your pain and get you more functional.
