I have a rice sized lump on the left side of my testicle in the middle of the testicle. it's located on the outside of my testicle beneath the scrotum. i've read that it may be a tunica since it is on the outside of my testicle. but i'm not sure?

It is possibly a small cyst attached to the tunica. If there is no lump in your testicle don't worry it will cause no harm and needs no treatment. feel it every few weeks to see if the size is not increasing. If you feel it everyday you wont be able to tell if there is any change.
