Hey, i have a apple seed sized lump on the left side of my left testicle. it's gotten allot smaller over the past month. and it is on the outer layer of skin on the testicle beneath the scrotum. could this be bad even know its also gotten smaller?

Difficult to give you a diagnosis without exam. But from your description it does not seem 'bad'. Pl have it checked by a Urologist for proper diagnosis.
