I have found a hard pea sized lump in my scrotum. It is not on the testicle but possibly in or on one of the many tubes that run around in there.
Im having swelling on the bottom of my left testicle! The swelling goes all the way down towards my anus. The middle vein of the scrotum looks off also and the swelling seems to be on that line just when it goes down into my perineum. What is this?
