I have a very small lump on the side of my left testicle. the lump is in the middle. the lump is painful when pressed and my whole left testicle is more sensitive. it feels like a pimple on the side of my testicle beneath the skin. what could it be?

If it is bothering you , then a small surgical removal under local anesthetic will get rid of it for you .
