Can an epidydmal cyst grow on the upper pole of testicle? i have a pimple like spot/lump on the upper pole that is soft and squidgy but is attached to the testicle and cannot be moved separate from the testicle, not attached to the epidydimis?

What you feel is likely a epididymal cyst. It can be at the top or bottom of your testicle. I am not sure why you think it is not attached to the epidydimis when you feel it. If you want to make sure please visit your family doctor.
