Since you have so many possible pain generators, would explore with your doctor, whether you have hip labral tear, whether testicle pain due to kidney stone, whether hernia has recurred, whether low back has worsened. Good luck.

Full healing takes almost a year. Discomfort for several weeks following a hernia repair is nothing to worry about. Most of the healing during that year you never even know is going on.
