Back/testicle pain: The two may be connected or may not be. This can be a urinary infection like prostatitis or bladder infection. Or separate back and testicle problems. See your doctor. I don't see this connected to your knee issues.

Hello, I have had mild pain in my lower back and hip areas around my right sacroiliac joint for a few years now. I just started feeling some discomfort near my right testicle. I am curious on what might be causing these issues?
Discomfort left pelvis area up along inside of ribs. Feels full or tight. Lower back discomfort. Tingling above knee/bottom of big toe. If I lay butterfly position legs, pain between leg and pelvis. Joint? All on left side. What could cause this?
I had ACL surgery back in march and was playing football and landed wrong and felt i pop in my knee it is swelling and it hurts. Did i retear it?
I did ACL surgery 4yrs ago, i did a second one 8 month ago and i've knee roughness. Can i still play football or it can cause to me futur problems?
