See remark: Please see a urologist .If the foreskin is attached to the head of the penis there is ONLY one solution that is to remove the bridge.This is simple outpatient procedure .

My penis is very abnormal. The foreskin doesnt come down it just has a hole at the end which is seen when erect. I have looked at phimosis however I cannot feel a head on my penis as in there is no bump. I do not how this can be explained????
