Please consult your doc or see a urologist for a consultation. If the foreskin forms a tight band behind the head, it can reduce the blood supply to that area and damage it. A urologist can likely do a minor procedure to release the band effect and help avoid problems in the future.

You still have a tight foreskin. Try using cortisone cream and retract foreskin and pull it back over the head again - several times a day finishing with the head covered for 8-10 days. If this does not loosen up the foreskin you might need a circumcision
