Phimosis: Phimosis is when you have the foreskin too tight. If you are unable to pull the skin back and there is pain and bleeding with full erection, you need to see a urologist. You may need an adult circumcision.

See a urologist.: Check for diabetes with a blood test. Local hygienic with soap and water and possible an antifungal and steroid cream might help. Use lubrication during sexual activity. Circumcision might me necessary.
