About 2 weeks ago i had white, thick discharge with no smell and the urge to frequently urinate. i figured it was a yeast infection so i did monistat 4 day treatment. white discharge went away but now i have some outer vaginal irritation (no rash)?

You probably has common adverse effect of Monistat. If the discharge has resolved, stop Monistat for now. If symptom persists after 1-2 days, consult your doctor.
