I was using monistat 3 to treat a yeast infection. i stopped using it a couple days ago after only 2 treatments as most of my symptoms cleared up, but i used day 3 just incase and now i have extremely uncomfortable itching in my vagina. what do i do?

Two main possibilities: You have developed allergy to the miconazole (Monistat) cream; or your vaginal yeast is resistant to the "azole" treatments, which occurs in about 10% of vaginal yeast infections; alternative treatments are available. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
