Examination: We can not really draw conclusions from this information. You could repeat the yeast treatment and use an over the counter cream that lasts for more than 1 day. There are other things that can cause itching besides though. If yeast cream is not working then you may have something else. An obgyn can help.

Use Monistat 7 for all 7 days and if that doesn't work please bring this up with your Gynecologist who knows your medical history. If you don't have confidence in your Doctor see another for a second opinion.
