I am breastfeeding my 4 month old baby and have since she left the nicu at 5 days old. when she was born she weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and she weighs a little bit over 10 pounds now. she has about 5-7 wet diapers a day, and poops about every 4 days?

You did not specify your concern. According to your description, your infant has not gained weight as expected ( 1.5 to 2 lbs per month for infant under 6 months). I wonder about other growth parameters, e.g., length and head circumference, and her developmental status. Have her checked by her PCP.
